We have a softspot for your loved one.
Sherry Ransom, Assistant Director, was thrust into caregiving for her mother with minimal warning, knowledge and experience. She faced the challenges of being sent unqualified and careless caregivers from agencies, but she knew her mother deserved better. Even with little family support, the nursing home was not a consideration. The realization is that a true caregiver must have a softspot in their heart to give of themselves without relief, pay or sometimes appreciation. Sherry understands the sacrifice and she desires to support others walking this same journey. Softspot Adult Care was birthed from a love and concern of caregivers and their loved ones. During some of the most difficult times finding an aide, Sherry met Vickie Thomas, Director, who was a welcome change and a major sense of relief. Vickie and Sherry became a team with a softspot to support other caregivers and their loved ones.
